Who we are:

Floating Footsteps Running;

We are Runners, Marathon Runners, “Barefoot Runners.”

We Don’t actually run barefoot. We run with Shoes that have; No cushioning, Are very flexible, and Have a wide Toe Box.

We Run on our Forefoot. We Do Not let our Heals touch the ground. We use our Tendons as Springs and move our legs at a High Cadence of around 180 Steps per Minute.

This running form has been Foundational to our Way of Life, for both our Physical and Mental Health. It allows us to explore the world, while improving our health in a Safe way.

This running form actually improves Joint Health. This is in contrast to ‘Common Running Form’, which is known to cause high numbers of injury. People often decide, or are told; not to run anymore, because of how it is damaging them. The truth is; We were born to run, but not on our heals.

We are here to answer your questions, and to teach you how to safely transition into ‘Forefoot Running.’ We focus on;

Techniques to form Healthy Habits, The physics of proper Body Mechanics, as well as utilizing Running as part of Addiction Recovery.

We Aim to Teach and Inspire people to be the best version of themselves, and have an injury free running experience.

We also Aim to create opportunities for those in need. We gather Donations for Athletes with Disabilities, Special Needs, Youth Sports Teams that are facing budget shortages, etc.
